How to disable ‘Reply All’ in Outlook email

I’m sharing one very useful tip for Outlook users. When you are sending an email to bigger audience, you might not want the recipients to do ‘Reply all’ on the email. Otherwise it might create lot of spam which the other recipients of the email would not want to receive. And surely you would not want to be cursed for initiating such an email.  If you are in such a situation, you can install the below outlook add-in from Microsoft research team.

Download NoReplyAll add-on : //research.microsoft.com/en-us/downloads/60860f41-88ab-4bb4-8104-765feca9cfed/default.aspx

Steps:

  • Download the add-on and install it.
  • Close outlook and restart
  • compose a new e-mail. You can see buttons to disable ‘Reply all’, ‘Reply’ and ‘Forward’ features on the email.

Select the desired option and send the email. that’s all.

I tried this add-on with Outlook 2010 and it worked. It works with Outlook 2007 and 2013 also.
